When you opt in to receive text messages from Young Grasshopper — for example, to receive service updates, appointment or job reminders, alerts, or to interact with an AI Employee by text — we will only send text messages to the mobile number you provided and agreed to use.
How you opt in: By providing your mobile number and consenting (such as checking a consent box, texting a keyword like START, or agreeing on a call or form), you confirm that the number is yours and you authorize Young Grasshopper to send you text messages as described.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive only the messages needed for the specific service or reminder you requested. We will not send you more messages than your selected service reasonably requires.
Message & data rates: Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. You are responsible for any carrier charges.
To opt out (STOP): You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP (or QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE) to any message you receive. After you opt out, you will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further marketing or reminder messages will be sent unless you re-opt in.

Your number: Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. We treat your mobile number as confidential and use it only for the texting program you joined.

Text messages are delivered using a third-party messaging provider (currently Telnyx). We share only the data needed to deliver your messages, as described in Section 5.
